The front features the iconic 1898 Eagle above the NYC manufactory, while the end piece displays the vibrant red graphic of Eagle Mikado No.174 pencil label. All seams are intact and box maintains its structural integrity. Please note the small frayed hole at right top corner, a small bend on the label panel, as well as various scuffs and wear commensurate with age. (Please use photos for further description) This is a nice example of an Eagle Pencil Co. box which once held boxes of 12 Eagle Mikado No.174 pencils. The inventory date on bottom reads 1919.
