Description: Just out of a local smoke free house is this antique live steam accessory tin toy. It is a tall windmillwith 2 trip wooden hammers. The toy was made by Doll et Cie in Germany ca 1920's. It is tall and measures about 11 1/4 inches high,about 5 inches at its widest, and about 5 inches deep. There is some missing paint and it looks like a previous owner cut a slot in the base. It has a handle on the grooved pulley to allow hand or steam power drive. It is good working condition. See photos as they are part of the description.
