It is silver plate, the silver plate has a lot of age and wear. It is SOLD AS IS & NOT POLISHED. There is a lot of wear, which includes, scratches, scuffs, marks, tarnish, some tarnish cream residue in the crevices, small dings and dents, as well as other wear and signs of age. It has not been cleaned and it is highly likely that there will be more flaws visible once it is polished up; that are not currently visible.
