Description: A Scarce antique silk needlework picture of a colonial period Australian coat of arms having an Advance Australia banner. It dates from the second half of the Victorian era. This is a lovely piece of Australian naïve artwork! Overall, it is in good condition for age with typical toning and surface wear from handling. It is intact but there are multiple scattered hairline tears in the silk throughout from age. Having it professionally mounted and framed would definitely obscure some of the hairlines. This needlework would look stunning in any decor! It measures roughly 22” x 27” Shipping price listed is for the textile to be carefully rolled and boxed. I can ship flat, if desired, but the price for shipping will be more.
