Description: Nice large Chinese export porcelain mug/tankard. 5” high and 3” across the top. The handle is missing. Otherwise it’s in quite nice condition. The porcelain is fine quality. The hand painted decoration is very well applied. I particularly like the borders that run around the top and bottom. The armorial crest is also nicely painted and attractive. The piece is fresh from an old Massachusetts collection. It’s a good looking thing and good size one. When sat on display at the right angle it’s impossible to tell the handle is missing.
