Description: Interesting medal which is so worn it is very difficult to decipher. One side for sure has St Pancras of Rome. (Marked H.L. Pancratius along the bottom). The other side has the dates: 1858 21 NOVBR 1883(or 1888). That's all the info I can see... Hopefully somebody knows more. Measures approx 1" in diameter. Unknown metal. Circa 1800s. Heavy wear.
