Up for purchase is a Perfectly Weathered Round Cast Iron Planters with a Beautiful Classic Basket Weave Design. These Wonderful 12"x8" Jardinieres are the perfect size for the front door or entryway, but will look right at home just about anywhere you'd like to place them, They will work well and look great indoors or outside.The moderate size makes them easy and convenient to move around your home or property at any time. These will continue to weather and age as soon as they are planted. The Basket Weave pattern is a classic casual country design planter often seen in both Great Britain and France. This high quality heavy duty woven planter is a splendid addition to any Country Cottage or Victorian Home. They are made of thick solid cast iron, weighing in at almost 20lbs a piece. You won't have to worry about anything knocking them over. The Photos do not show the thickness of the side walls or bottom. They are very thick and much heavier than they appear. They were definitely made to last. The Planter's are already over 100yrs old and will outlast anyone who buys them. Condition: Very Good, Perfectly Even Weathered Patina on all surfaces. They can be used perfectly as is, or you can paint to match your existing decor. Approximate Measurements: Height=8", Bottom Dia=7", Top Dia=12", Inside Depth=7", Weight=19.8lbs. On the other hand, if you purchase more than 2 and prefer the waxed finish, I will obviously make sure the additional planters are waxed before shipping. Also, The wax is not permanent.
