Antique cast brass rack or hanger

Description: Brass hanger-Offered is a vintage cast brass rack or hanger, could be a garment or hat hanger. Has two mounting plates that are not parallel to each other so would require two different mounting surfaces or a wedge of about 30 degrees. Has a floral design with at least 6 different hangers. Two of the hangers & the oval mounting plate are threaded & removeable. There is a section between the two longer arms that may have become separated on the leaf parts but could be made that way, so be aware of this, see middle & last photo. Other that that, I see no flaws or breaks. From the oval base plate to the outer section is 16", from the square plate is 12". In uncleaned condition with a little paint splatter.
