Description: Antique Bryce Higbee 12 Compotes Madora (OMN) Arrowhead in Oval 1906 EPAG UV GlowThis is a Set of 12 Bryce, Higbee Low Footed Compotes / Dessert Bowls. The pattern is Madora (OMN). This is sometimes known as Arrowhead in Oval. It was introduced in 1906, making this Antique. We did place it under a black light and it does have a green Manganese glow. You can see this green glow in some of my pictures. This is attributed to some EAPG manufactured prior to 1915. (This is not Uranium Glass. It will not glow under a 395 wavelength black light.)The bowls are in Great Antique Condition. These items are almost 120 years old and the glass is in great shape. Four of the bowls have a slightly grayish color. Any straw marks or bubbles would be part of the manufacturing process and are not considered flaws. I do not see any, but the design is very busy. Each bowl measures approximately 2.25” tall and 3.25” wide across the rim. It is unusual to find this in a complete setting of 12 pieces. Please see pictures for the details. They are part of the description. Please ask all questions before purchasing the item. Please reach out if you have any questions after you receive your package. I’d appreciate positive feedback.
