Description: Just out of a local smoke free house is this scarce antique live steam accessory tin toy. The toy is a windmill made by Bing in Germany in the 1920's, and is marked on the base. It measures about 10 5/8 inches high, about 6 3/4 inches wide, and about 4 1/2 inches deep. It is in good condition but the base was cut in the back, and it is missing a flag on top of the windmill.
