Marked HAVILAND FRANCE, it is unsigned, but I have a large collection of mint green banded plates - many are marked C.E.K. '22 for 1922. Decorated in a sweet mint green border with gold banded accenting, it bears a dainty white Daisy design. This belonged to my Grandmother - she set a complete mint green table - so fresh and beautiful. Condition is very nice with no chips, cracks, hairlines, repairs, discoloration or damage - may have the faintest utensil marks - please note, the plate overall is a bit faded with a softening of the tone. Just the prettiest color - simple and elegant design - I will be listing more from her collection. Wonderful addition to any table, home, collection or display!
