The frame has an overall measurement of 11 1/2 by 13 1/2 inches and an opening size of 8 1/8 by 10 1/8 inches. It contains a 19th Century hand accented photo of a woman in a multi-layered decorative mat. The name written on the back of the photo is Elizabeth Harding (Hoch). Shipping weight, well packed, is 3 1/2 lbs. Insurance has been added to the shipping cost as per Ebay's mandate.
