Description: You are purchasing the following: Antique 1932 Small Notepad with Mechanical Pencil - Keene, NH Complimentary Gift This notepad has a lot going on. It is an early 1930's notepad with an early silver-tone mechanical pencil made by PAL. This was a complimentary gift from a shoe store called Grower's once located in Keene, New Hampshire and it also advertised the PTA State Convention in New Hampshire in 1932. The notepad measures 2" X 3-1/2" and the pencil is 3-3/4" long. This notepad is in good shape considering its age. The notepad is made of plastic and has some scuffs, but all of the lettering can be read clearly on the front. The mechanical pencil seems to work, but there is not much lead left in the pencil. The pencil also has a bend in the metal around the tip and some wear to the silver finish. The paper has a few sheets of paper missing, but most of the original paper is there. Please review the photos provided for this listing to get an idea of the condition of the notepad you will receive. **This notepad may or may not have had a chain for the pencil?** If you have any questions or concerns regarding this item, please contact me before purchasing. Thank you!
