Description: Have had this for a long time. At one point someone put on modern cord----and it was starting to fray. I decided to get rid of the cord. But the original cord from the socket down to base ---is still there. It is nicely stamped on the base. Says Aladin Lamp Co, Munci, Ind. Some numbers that look likd 0533. Not positive but think that is what is says.
