Description: Up for bids is a Antique 1920's Gilman & CTA Sacavem Horseshoe Trinket box Children Dog Portugal Gorgeous horseshoe shaped trinket / jewelry box Box features a beautiful image of a young boy and girl eating some fruit with their dog looking on waiting for their piece Bottom half of the box has a pretty floral motif with a rose in the center The Flowers are 2 different images (one with a pink/red rose and yellow flowers and one with a pink/red rose and blue flowers) Gold painted accent edging lines There is no year printed on it but from the research i have done i guestimate it is from the 1920's making it 100 years old! MEASUREMENTS: Trinket box is approx. 3 3/8" x 3" x 2" tall CONDITION: Trinket box is in excellent pre-owned vintage condition. No cracks or breaks - there are 2 tiny chips on the inside rim of the bottom, and i do mean tiny.
