Description: Antique 1912-13 NEW YORK GIANTS National League Champions Baseball Watch Fob. This stunning 110+ year old Watch Fob was presented to the New York Giants by the Alex Taylor and Co. in 1913. The New York Giants won the National League Championship in 1912 and 1913. The back is monogrammed but we were unable to identify the player, coach, organizational member it belonged to. Alex Taylor & Co. was a Major Sporting Goods store located in New York, N.Y. It was established in 1897 and was originally located on 16 E. 42nd. The company relocated several times in Manhattan's Time Square area, until it's closing and final location on 38th street. The Watch Fob is in excellent shape with much of the Gold Tone remaining. Measures 1 1/4" wide x 1 1/2" in length. An investment quality piece of baseball history!
