I Googled and there were very few references to it at all. The sleeve is not listed on Discogs, and only one is listed as ever being sold on Popsike.com....a copy (in inferior condition) sold 5 years ago. I am guessing the sleeve was quite limited, and based on the design (lyrics on back), I believe this might have been a "PROMO-ONLY" sleeve. This would be a key, beautiful item/artifact for any Kennedy/politics museum or collection - hell, this would be right at home in the Smithsonian! I don't think I'm exaggerating. This picture sleeve is in NEAR MINT overall condition - in gorgeous condition - it basically looks brand new and untouched!!
