Description: Anis del Mono Espresso Cup Lot of Four and Mocha Cup with Saucer Plate Description Up for sale is a lot of four Anis del Mono branded coffee drinking cups along with a Mocha Café Latté branded (among other types of coffee written throughout it) coffee cup with a saucer plate. All of these coffee cups were kept in a display case for most of their life and I doubt that they have ever been used. They do, however, exhibit some signs of wear to them, particularly on their feet, but I believe that all simply came about from storage or could have been due from prior use in a specific instance or two. The Anis del Mono coffee cups I believe came bundled with the liquor bottle... several of them, in fact, since we obviously wound up with this here collection. These coffee cups measure approximately 2 & 1/8" tall and have a diameter at the top of the cup that measures 2" wide while the diameter at the base of the cup is about 1 & 3/8" wide (as the shape at the base of the cup tapers into three circular divided walls that have all have a space between them). The handle sticks out from the cup with a distance of about 7/8" away from the cup itself. The hole has a very tiny opening and is really not meant for a whole finger to pass through. The feet on these cups exhibit some wear on them; specifically in the form of a stain that just won't come off so easily. The Mocha Café Latté cup (which also lists Espresso, Americano, Cappuccino, and Macchiato on it) measures approximately 1 & 11/16" tall and has a diameter of 1 & 13/16" wide at the top of the cup while the base of it measures 1 & 5/16" wide. The handle on this cup sticks out at about 3/4" away from the cup, though that measurement might technically be a bit off, since the shape of both the handle and the cup seems to taper a bit... so it's best to keep that measurement as an average. As compared to the handles on the other four cups, this one is a bit wider and one could get away with sliding their pinky into the opening (but then again, why would you want to do that?!?) There is also a faded sticker at the base of this cup which has a warning, which is in English and French. The English portion reads "Burn within sight. Keep away from things that catch fire. Keep away from children." Most of the lettering on this sticker has faded, making it a bit difficult to decipher. There is also some staining going on at the base of this coffee cup; which I can only assume must have come about from some sort of use or simply from storage. The mini saucer plate included in this lot is unbranded, and I can't really say for sure if it pertained to any of the cups in this lot... particularly the Mocha cup. Either way, I'm bundling it with this lot in order to complement that aforementioned cup. This saucer measures approximately 3 & 1/16" wide at the top and the base is approximately 1 & 1/4" wide. The saucer exhibits some minor amount of wear on it; specifically on the circular raised edges at the bottom of the plate; on the underside to be specific. There is a hole that can be seen there; which indicates some sort of finish loss that could use a touch up or left as is if you're not that picky about it. Most of these areas look like they have yellowed with age, or have been stained by coffee. An attempt was made to clean these stains off, but that only resulted in a dullness to the otherwise glossy finish, as a Mr. Clean magic Eraser was being used... and those things are a bit abrasive for this sort of thing. Because of these aforementioned blemishes, I'm selling this lot in as-is condition. I'm sure that any coffee drinker out there can still manage to get some use out of these collectible-looking cups, so be sure to get in on this deal while it still lasts, for I'm pricing it to move.
