Logical options would be the Travers on Aug. 29 and the Woodward against older horses on Saturday, Sept. 5. Zayat , and trainer Bob Baffert has won the Haskell seven times, including last year, when Bayern won it on his way to a victory in the Breeders' Cup Classic. Zayat and Baffert want to win the BC Classic with American Pharoah before retiring him to stud.
