Gilbert piece was cataloged from 1946 to 1956. It has a gray-painted sheet metal base, white-painted embossed sheet metal building with red trim, plastic insert window panes, and a black painted sheet metal roof with red chimney. At the ends of the roof is a black nameplate with "MYSTIC" in silver. The station is lighted. It measures 12" long, 8" wide, and 5 7/8 high (including the chimney). Black Roof: This piece has the black painted roof which is much less common than the green roofs.This will add some interest to your layout, especially if staged with people.
