There is a three-pin header on the card itself, but the original cooler that used it died and this one is not compatible. The card doesn't generate much heat anyhow, and odds are most motherboards will have enough fan headers to accommodate it anyway. Card was mainly used in a low-end Linux machine for a few years. Never ran anything graphically intensive, so it should be suitable as an entry-level gaming card for an older computer, or simply as a basic GPU for a computer without one built in.
