This cane tip has a unique roller shield that helps protect the inner steel (not plastic) bearings. It rolls side to side. It does not roll in any direction. It’s designed to be used with the constant ground contact method. [WARNING] To be used only on a hook style mobility cane for the blind or visually impaired.
