This is a very nice AMAZING FANTASY#15 CGC 1.0 Universal grade, no restoration , no tape.Nicely centered.Great color balance.Strong eye appeal.Book has some Marvel chipping.Large piece missing from top corner.CGC case is in great shape.Take a look at the pictures. Record breaking recent sales for AMAZING FANTASY#15 As per GPAnalysis, AF#15 CGC 0.5 ,lower grade than mine, recently SOLD for $24 000.Once again see picture#4: Coverless Raw/ungraded AF#15 Heritage Auctions JAN 9, 2022 SOLD for $15 600.Picture#5 GPAnalysis AF#15 CGC 1.0 SOLD DEC 17, 2021 $28 999. I've seen at least 4 AF#15 similar to mine with a large piece missing, on either the front cover corner or back cover corner receive 1.5.It is possible that my AF#15 could re-slab as 1.5/1.8 from CGC/PGX or CBCSThis particular AF#15 1.0 is worth taking a chance on a re-slab for a potential Higher grade.There are a few AF#15 1.5/1.8 on various sites with $29 000 - $35 000 ask prices.There is No guarantee of the re-slab grade, but again worth a shot for either you or me.My AF#15 is an old submission from 2008.Today there are more comparables available than in 2008.The data base speaks for itself.Talking about data, I've noticed a trend going on with AF#15 CGC graded single pages.On ebay & other sites, SINGLE Spider-Man story only pages, are selling auction stylein the $2000 - $3000 range.I've seen listed ask prices for even higher, $4000 - $5000 a page, have a look online. If the book does not sell for the price I need, I might send it in for a re-slab myself.
