Using a firm action, rub one of the supplied mouth swabs on the inside of the left cheek for a minimum period of 20 seconds before placing into the swab envelope. Do the same with the second mouth swab but this time rub it on the inside of the right cheek before putting it into the same envelope. 2. Seal the swab envelope which has the relevant details already completed on the front. 3.
