It is a gray silk dobby print with a quilted ruffled neckline and a tie close. It is a size 4 with a loose fit. It measures 19 inches from armpit to armpit laid flat and 32 inches in total length. The sleeves are 13 inches armpit to cuff. The only flaw is a slight pull in the fabric which I have photographed in the last photo. It is on the sleeve.
