I needed to size up to get the length.The dress is 16.5" from armpit to armpit the arm openings are about 14"it is 58" from the shoulder seam to the bottom of the dress. This dress is hard to capture in the picture. It's gray but it has a purple hue. I wore lavender shoes and carried a lavender bag with it. Please ask questions prior to bidding or buying. See the last picture that I added. Although the gown was altered, you can see that there is plenty of room on hips/rear. I wanted the gown to be flowy rather than form fitting. *There is room to make the gown bigger since some seams are large. The last picture shows the bag that I paired with the gown.
