Description: Selling a vintage Akai X355D Reel to Reel tape deck...this item hasn't been used in over 30 years...condition is like new...I plugged it in and it powered up...hit the ay button and surprisingly the reel turned ..I checked all the buttons and a couple were sticking from non use and one of the three actually stayed stuck when the other two released as intended..so instead of forcing it or damaging bbn it I left it alone as I mentioned the unit is very clean..other than couple blemishes on the feet it looks virtually unused...now the unit is very heavy and shipping will be expensive...so make sure it's what your looking for because there will no returns on this item, mainly because of hard to find or obsolete parts that harvesters are looking to strip your unit and replace it with non working part and request a refund..I hope you understand why it has come to a no return policy on vintage electronics...if your lucky enough to grab it before someone else...enjoy....I will answer any questions you may have best I could...by the way I did not have a manual in the box...
