Description: 100 Ferocactus wislizeni "ajoensis" seeds. These seeds are from a subspecies of the Arizona Barrel Cactus that is found in southern and western Arizona. It has a slender stem and longer, more dense spines. The flowers are various shades of orange but some populations have red or yellow flowers. They are fairly easy to sprout and grow into a small globular plant when young. As they age they grow into a large cylindrical barrel reaching up to 4' tall in Arizona.
