Some kits are unsealed but appear new with sealed parts and instructions! We believe the unsealed kits to be complete (unless otherwise noted) but will allow a 48-hour inspection period upon delivery for missing parts. If you discover any missing parts in an unsealed kit, we will accept returns with shipping at the buyer's expense.*** ABOUT USWe are Tattooed Thrifters, a Virginia based couple who loves a good find!
