Description: Warm greetings from Japan. Thank you very much for visiting our listing. Brand: Gibson Model: ES-347 Target: Men's and women's Pot date 1979, serial number 1980. It was introduced as the successor to the ES-345, and the Varitone switch that was installed on the ES-345 was abolished, and a new coil tap switch was installed on the right wing. It was an advanced full-acoustic model packed with new Gibson ideas, such as the "TP-6 tailpiece" that enabled fine tuning and the brass studs "Sustain Sisters" that accelerated sustain. This guitar has been modified with a Bigsby bridge and a "CUSTOM MADE" plate covering the holes, a popular feature at the time. The body is made of maple, and the neck is also made of 3P maple, giving it a Gibson sound with subtle nuances that you will only find on this guitar. In 1978, when music was becoming more diverse, Gibson aimed to create a guitar for the next generation of music. Comes with a genuine tailpiece that appears to have been replaced. There are noticeable marks, dents, and signs of use throughout. The truss rod works well, and there is enough room to adjust both the forward and reverse bows. The neck bow has been adjusted with the rod. It is in a straight state considering its age. The frets were originally low, and are slightly worn out. There is no particular problem with playing. Replacement parts: Nut, bridge, tailpiece, knobs, straps close The guitar stand is not included as it is for shooting purposes only. Please inspect pictures for condition reference.
