Description: This is a very clean and well spraying Accuspray Model 10 Spray Gun with the Accuspray 1 Quart Pressure Assist Siphon Cup. The gun has the .051 Nozzle set and the #10 Air Cap. I tested the gun spraying paint thinner using an older Graco 3 stage turbine and it sprays great. Now the disclaimer: LOL The gun leaks a tiny bit of air from the air cap when the trigger is not being pulled. You literally have to hold it up to your ear to hear the leaking. This is a Model 10 not a Model 11 Bleeder so its not supposed to do this. Typically when this happens with these guns, part # 91-142 Poppet Valve Assembly needs to be cleaned or replaced. Honestly, if I was keeping this gun I wouldn't even bother with this unless the leaking got worse and affected the spray performance of the gun. Regardless, I am providing with this listing parts #'s 91-142 Poppet Valve Assembly and Part # 91-021 Flanged Bushing. In order to clean the parts in the gun or replace them you will have to split the gun in half by removing all the screws. There are 5 short screws that mount in the handle and 9 long screws that go in the rest of the gun body. Care must be taken not to put long screws where short screws go and vice versa or you can damage the gun body. I've seen a few where this happened and repaired the damage with 100% solids epoxy.
