Accuspray 240-T HVLP Turbine / Accuspray 10 Gun

Description: Very nice condition Accuspray 240-T 4 Stage HVLP Turbine System with Accuspray 10 Gun and many extras. This turbine appears to have had minimal use based on the lack of overspray on it as well as on the hose and gun. The 240-T was Accuspray's most powerful Turbine with 4 stages. They utilized oversized 5.7 inch turbine fan blades that generated up to 85 CFM or up to 7psi at the air cap which is quite good for a 4 stage unit. This turbine also utilizes dual automotive grade air filters, a large one on the left and a smaller one on the right, both with prefilters. This further protects the turbine by filtering out the air that gets pulled through the turbine to the gun. I tested this unit with the 10 gun and it sprayed odorless paint thinner very well. Here is what will ship in this bundle. Turbine and 10 Gun. The 10 Gun has a .051 (1.3mm) nozzle set in it with a # 10 Air Cap. The Pro-4 extra nozzle/ air cap set which includes a .028 (.7mm) nozzle set, a .043 (1.1mm) nozzle set along with the #7 and #8 Air Caps. A 30 foot OEM Accuspray HVLP turbine hose with connection fittings. The hose is super clean. An Accuspray Quart Siphon Cup rebuild kit so when the time comes you can refresh the siphon cup to like new condition. This kit includes a new cup gasket, a new cup lid diaphragm and retaining clip and a new cup check valve with tubing. All are new genuine Accuspray parts. You also get an Accuspray 10 Gun rebuild kit so when the time comes you can keep the gun spraying like new. This is Accuspray part number 91-028 and they are going for about $135 on Ebay when you can find them. Also included is a Conversion Regulator Assembly. This regulator assembly enables you to use the 10 Gun with compressed air from an air compressor instead of the turbine which makes this system more flexible in terms of paint application methods. You hook up the gun to a compressor using the regulator and adjust the pressure up to 10psi. Exceeding 10psi at the gun diminishes HVLP performance. You also get a pair of Accuspray Carbon Turbine Motor brushes so that when the time comes you can refresh the performance of the turbine motors to like new condition. This is Accuspray part number 92-302/2 and includes 2 brushes. The Owners manual and a cleaning brush is included too. So there it is. A very nice system with all the spare parts you would need to keep the system running at peak performance for a very long time.
