Includes 3 full length golf clubs each with specific weights (145g tip weight, 175g tip weight, 220g tip weight) Increase your club head speed 45 inches in length, 60 gram graphite shafts Minimal training time per week to see results For a training routine use the following guideline: 1. Start with the 145g trainer and swing 6 times on your natural swing side. 2. Repeat with the 175g and 220g trainers. 3. Switch to the other side and repeat steps 1 and 2. 4. Swing with a “baseball style” or “step through swing” starting with the 145g trainer and swing 6 times on your natural swing side. 5. Repeat with the 175g and 220g trainers. 6. Switch to the other side and repeat steps 4 and 5. 7. Finally, take the 145g trainer and swing it 10 times at full speed on your natural swing side with a golf club style swing.
