It is in very good condition with bright clean pages. One of the better I have come across. The covers are great also, really bright with very little shelf or use wear like some I have seen, just nice. This is a must have for the Florida Arrowhead, Artifact or Anthroplogy collector, These Bullen point guides have gotten as collectable as artifacts. Still the standard for point ID. These are getting hard to come by and do not surface often.
