Cardboard folder containing 54 unposted post cards relating to "A Companhia, Rey Colaco, Robles Monteiro, 1912-1974". (Rey Colaco _ Robles Monteiro was a Portuguese theatre company directed by Amelia Rey Colaco and her husband, the actor Robles Monteiro. The company was the longest-lasting in Europe, having existed for 53 years (1921-1974).It was based at the Teatro Nacional D. Maria II for most of its existence). Published in conjunction with the Meseu Nacional Do Teatro in Lisbon and the Instituto Portugues Do Patrimonio Cultural. 36 black and white real photocards of famous actors and their various signature roles along with 18 in color. The colored cards all relate to costumes and sets. Not sure of the publishing date, however, the folder has yellowed from age. I think when it was purchased new, it was put in a desk drawer and forgotten for decades. The cards are all still crisp and the folder clean. This listing is for the complete set as shown.
