We offer two different kinds of whole wheat flour, multi-purpose (soft white wheat flour) and white bread flour (hard white wheat flour). Our flour is unbleached, un-bromated, non-irritated with no additives. Flour is typically a blend of red and white wheat as well as hard and soft wheat that ranges in protein from 8-13% and usually only utilizes the endosperm of the wheat kernel. We are able to provide a whole wheat flour that has the same qualities as all-purpose but gives you the nutrients from every part of the whole grain.
