This is an insert GM placed right below the BUICK lettering. Different Models/Trim Options used different style inserts i.e. 'Regal' & 'GNX' After many years of sun exposure, moisture or dash cleaning products the chrome finish on this emblem faded away or worse case fell of the dash plate and was lost.
