Cancellation refund: -The trader will refund all monies received, including the outbound delivery cost, within 14 calendar days of cancellation where no delivery has been sent or within 14 calendar days of receiving goods back. -If the customer chose to have the goods delivered by a more expensive means than the cheapest standard delivery option offered, the trader does not have to refund the full outbound delivery cost, but only the cost of the standard delivery option which the consumer could have chosen. -Any additional cost incurred by the customer as a result of cancelation such as services, travel expenses or packaging cost will not be reimbursed unless agreed. Faulty & damaged goods -The customer must make a clear statement that they want to return faulty goods for exchange, replacement or refund within 30 days from receipt of the goods. In cases where receipt of the goods cannot be determined such as no tracking information, the last estimated delivery date will be used. (This does not need to be in writing). -The customer will have the option to exchange or replace the goods if appropriate goods are available to exchange or replace. If no exchange or replacement is available a refund will be automatically issues to the customer on return of the goods. -The trader may request the customer to provide photo(s) of any physical damage to goods before accepting any damaged claims for exchange, replacement or refund. -All faulty & damaged goods must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date the issue is raised, unless an extended date is agreed. -The customer takes all the responsibility for the return of the goods and is advised to using a traceable service. Non-delivery of goods -The customer must contact the trader within 60 calendar days of the despatch date. All claims for non-delivery of goods after this date cannot be accepted. -The customer must allow a reasonable amount of working days for the trader to try and trace what has happened to the goods. -The trader will file a claim against the courier to recoup all losses. The customer information will be passed onto the courier service for them to start their investigation. Exchanges & replacements -Original goods must be received by the trader before the exchanged or replacement goods are dispatched unless agreed by the trader. -Exchanges or replacements will be sent using the cheapest delivery or recorded delivery method. (Additional fees may apply on other agreed delivery options) -Exchanges or replacements will only be sent to the original delivery address of the customer who purchased the goods. Cancelation & refund exceptions -All digital media; such as CDs, DVDs or software if the customer has broken the seal on the wrapping, perishable items, tailor-made, personalised items or goods sealed for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Additional Information -The Customer does not have to give any reason for the cancelation. -All time periods will be extended to the next working day if they end on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday. This includes all cancellation periods and the time limits for returning goods, providing refunds, etc. -International customers will have an extended 5 calendar days on returning goods due to posting location.
