8" Bowl, American brilliant Period Cut glass Crystal Signed J HOARE CO Hobstars

Description: This is a wonderful antique cut glass bowl for display or use.This piece is cut with 6 large well cut hobstars, double miter eyebrow accents and the lovely other cut geometrics including 6 more "Christmas Hobstars", Miter accents, and crosshatched bars.. Made by J Hoare, and clearly signed in the center. It might be pattern "1614" but I am not sure. Measure: 8" wide by 4" tall (deeper cupped shape, most 8" bowls are 3-1/2" tall or shorter) Guaranteed authentic and a great piece for collectors. This is American Brilliant Period cut glass made (1870- 1920).Condition: This is over 100 years old, therefore it has typical minor wear. There is a little bit the typical microscopic "contact nips" that are invisible and normal wear. There is a few small shallow fleabites a couple teeth that hide very well and also not visible unless you search hard for them . It is a nice clear and sparkling bowl great for display.
