Description: Hello, this cable is new not used. It came off a roll from Western Electric warehouse a few years ago. These analog audio cables offered was manufactured decades ago. I recently installed the banana connectors creating these speaker cables. Take a look at the photo and the system of weaved cotton covering, the internal spun cotton over spun silk covering this uniquely crystalized bronze copper wire wrapped in silk and a special constructed cotton. These are not like many other Western Electric wires, wiring or cables you might of seen or perhaps may have come across. They're not just some vintage quality wires covered with cloth by some person or some current audio company producing speaker cables, rather, they're a very rare and unique audio cable designed back in the late 1930's, to be exact, the first patent design was in 1939 just before the US entered WWII. If you're looking for a wonderful natural neutral (purist) performing sounding cable these are it. These produce an natural sounding cable that seems to hide nothing. The raw cable was first manufactured in 1939 by the Western Electric audio/cable department, designed for the most realistic audio output. The mid range-vocals, top end and bass will astonish and please the audio purest with the reproduction of an accurate audio so sweet a sound to the human ear. The cables were constructed with layers of weaved cotton cloth (an air cover) over a special soft cotton wrapped over spun silk weaved and spun over specially designed high purity crystalized bronze copper resulting in an amazing audio reproduction. Bottom line, they sound great, better than cables costing hundreds of dollars more. Cables are 6'.6" Thank you.
