Description: GORGEOUS Antique - Art Deco or perhaps Victorian? Belt Buckle or perhaps an extra large Pendant / Collar to use at the top of a dress for a collar, right under the neck of a dress? Im unfamiliar with old jewelry so I don't know for sure what this is. It clearly was an expensive statement piece! It measures nearly 6" long and 2.5" wide. Each "circle of stones" is aprox 1.25" around. It has two hinges on the back which lead me to believe it's probably a belt buckle and the hinges give movement to fit to a body.There are also 4 eye hooks which I assume was for sewing it to a dress. Beautiful blue cut glass stones with multiple cut facets - and lots of sparkly rhinestones.I can't say for sure but I think there may be a couple missing rhinestones - Arghhh it's like an optical illusion to my old eyes when I try to study the rhinestones!
