Description: Presented is a fine set of 6 American coin silver teaspoons made by Thomas Richmond of New York. Richmond was active as a silversmith from around 1806 to 1820. The spoons are done in a classic Fiddle pattern. Each spoon is engraved on the end of the handle with P & D Crapo. Each spoon is stamped Richmond on the reverse for the maker. Tested and guaranteed to be 900 purity coin silver. The spoons are in great condition overall. The spoons have surface wear commensurate with age and light use and some dents and dings on the bowls, but there are no splits, no breaks, and no repairs. The spoons are 5 3/4 inches long. The weight is 102.5 grams or 3.6 ounces. Powered by SixBit's eCommerce Solution
