The tool has 2 embedded cutting blocks (the small red cylinders you see in the photos) to allow a solid surface to cut against while trimming the seal. Some light cosmetic corrosion (but no flaking, exfoliar or crusty rust), overall nice original condition with most of the black oxide coating still intact.
