Fr. 1355 while not a super scarce series does become quite difficult to obtain high grade notes. PMG has graded (227) examples, but only (8) total examples have been graded 65 & 66 making this UNC 62 an affordable way to have a higher grade example for a type collection with a book value of $550 in 62EPQ condition.
