We do not accept returns with one exception = if a product fails. If a product fails you must be able to provide a test report stating the exact failure within 14 days of receipt. Shipping Costs: Unless listed as free, ANY shipping costs you see are CALCULATED by EBAY to keep it fair for EVERYONE including us. USPS made 3 price changes between July 2022 and January 2023. We kept our shipping charges the same in an effort to keep things affordable but we lost money on many orders and we simply cannot do it anymore.
