Description: THIS ONE WEIGHS 4 POUNDS AND 12 OUNCES! This is a brand new P-Style Bass body. Color is Faded Fiesta Red (this color has a slightly faded pink tint rather than a standard fiesta red), wood type is Alder and the unfinished guitar body is made by Wildwood. Pick guard is not included but can be purchased separately through one of my P-Style Bass pick guard listing.Be sure to check out the neck mounting hole pattern in the last picture of this listing and compare it with the holes in your neck heel to make sure it is compatible. If you have a neck that doesn't have the neck holes drilled yet, then you are good to go. From my experience, the main thing you need to pay attention to is the 1.51" measurement and make sure that measurement is compatible with your neck holes. I can't be responsible if you get the body and your holes don't line up so definitely check out that picture and ask any and all questions before purchasing.I put a 100% nitrocellulose lacquer finish on it, which allows the wood to resonate much easier with the thin lacquer finish! I went with a "Closet Clean" finish. Very little to no nicks/dings and does NOT have intentional lacquer checking. This is the perfect finish if you are a player who is looking to add their own natural aging with natural play wear!
