Description: Vintage forty eight piece set of Oneida Prestige Plate, silverplated flatware in the Bordeaux pattern. The set was made ca. 1945. It is a nice filler set to add to your existing set. The set includes: 8 Dinner Knives (Modern Hollow) 8 Dinner Forks 8 Round Bowl Gumbo Soup Spoons 8 Salad Forks 8 Teaspoons 1 Master Butter Knife 1 Sugar Spoon 1 Pastry or Pie Server 1 Coffee Spoon 1 Gravy Ladle 1 Seafood Cocktail Fork2 Solid Serving Spoons Excellent used vintage condition considering the age. They have not been polished. Expect tarnish and light scratches from normal wear. I found no plate loss. The pie server blade is not perfectly straight but will still work nicely, see last two photos. Nice set to use as a filler set to your existing dinnerware.
