The leaves are add to flavor to Asian cuisine, such as in Tom Yum soups, Fish dishes, Curry, Stir-Fry, meat, pork, chicken. Kaffir lime leaves may be used fresh, dried, freeze. Use fresh leaves or fruits to fragrance hot bath. It is ideally to freeze the fresh leaves right away while their moisture helps trap all of the essence.
