Description: Set of 4 Vintage Red Retro Plastic Hangers for Men’s Suits & Clothes from Arioli's in Barre, VERMONT (1950's) This is a most interesting set of Red Men's Hangers from a prominent men's store in Barre, Vermont from the 1950's. These hangers are light weight weighing just 3-1/2 ounces each. The material they are made from is a type of plastic and I believe the upper red portion may be bakelite. They have a fixed pant bar at the bottom that is of a ribbed black plastic that would prevent the pants from slipping off the hanger. The hook is a gold colored metal.
