Our stencils are manufactured from the best material; Low Density Polyethylene Plastic. ( LDPE ). They're 60 Mil thick = 1/16" thick. They're not stiff or corrugated. ( Try not to buy any other. ) All of my own, personal stencils are manufactured from the thicker; 125 Mil = 1/8" thickness. But, for occasional use, this thinner, 60 Mil = 1/16" thickness will serve you well. Our wider font and proper spacing makes our stencils easier to read from a distance while driving. We also have the biggest "Edge Distances". They're easy to clean and certainly re-usable. All Pavement Marking companies buy.
